Kat Middleton Takes up Yoga

KATE Middleton wants to stay as healthy as possible during her pregnancy.

The brunette beauty  who's expecting her first child with husband Prince William — has altered her typical workout routine of strenuous Cardiod for something a bit easier on the baby.

“Kate has a yoga instructor visit her at the palace,” a source said, adding that she still goes for long walks a handful of times a week “Just to increase her heart rate a little.

“She's been reading as much as possible, from how to be a good parent to how to stay healthy for the baby.”
“Kate, who wants nothing more than to see her rowdy brother-in-law finally settle down, sat with Harry and counseled him on the do’s and don’ts of building a great relationship. She’s told him: Don’t drink too much – and none of your filthy jokes! If you believed that there was nothing to the unofficial feud between Kim Kardashian and Kate Middleton, factors just got additional warmed. The globe of style is saying that the truth celebrity has more impact than the duchess has when it comes to leading to styles. Oh no they didn't.

“You don’t see hundreds of women running around looking like [Kate]. To be honest, we’re more likely to get orders on a dress that Kim Kardashian’s worn,” he told The Telegraph.
